Stephanie Jebb

Peer Participant

Stephanie Jebb is a Deaf Métis woman. She is married, has 3 beautiful children and is from the Métis community of St.Laurent, Manitoba. Stephanie graduated from Red River College in 2019 with a certificate in Child and Youth Care. She strongly advocates for the improvement and awareness of youth mental health. She also believes in upholding the equality of human rights for Indigenous and Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing peoples.

Being Deaf does not stop Stephanie from breaking communication barriers, learning daily, and achieving her goals. She is actively involved within the Indigenous culture; in her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, sewing, writing, swimming, and traveling.
